Our Responsibilities

We understand our responsibility towards the society we operate in. This onus and accountability of being a responsible social entity has always fostered us to go an extra mile for the betterment of the society and our people.

Training

We understand it better that we are into the industry that is driven by technology, innov- ation, and adva- ncements. To keep up with this pace to the best of our efficiency, we have depl- oyed several innovative training methodologies for our employees. It commutatively helps us to ensure that our workforce loves what they do, and above all they are always open and ready to embrace changes that ours as well as industry’s innovations bring.

Safety & Health

We care for our people, the biggest assets we consider our employees. We always make sure that a proper set of health and safety measures is deployed and available in the workplace. In our efforts to make it even better, we have implemented Personal Protective Equipment [PPE] which makes all safety tools available and accessible at any point of time. Further, we make sure that our employees are making proper use of it. We have visual boards all around the work area that mention how to use PPE effectively. We have implemented a dedicated cleaning & red tagging session as a necessary routine for every employee who works on machines. This cleaning & red tagging

session is scheduled for 15 minutes every day before lunch time. We also monitor it continuously and take it as one of performance measures for employee appraisals.

We do it in a planned way which involves several strategically segmented set of activities aimed to smoothen the entire workflow.

Employee Satisfaction

Here at SMPL, we believe that employee satisfaction is essential to the success of any organization. A higher employee satisfaction ratio is unavoidable for the continuous progress of a business. This is the reason we maintain an ongoing Employee Training & Implementation campaign. Doing this has helped us lower the employee attrition rate to an impressive percentage in the very first place. But, we did not consider it all.We sensed the need of an even sounder measure years ago.

We needed something more powerful and influential. Consequently, we brought Total Employee Involvement (TIE) and Performance Appreciation Program into action. The results have obviously been overwhelming.
