CAD-CAM Lab
SMPL facilitates a full equipped CAD/CAM. The availability of this lab ensures that our engineers are able to make an efficient use of the latest technologies for designing a product and also for controlling its entire manufacturing processes.
Advanced Machinaries
SMPL relies on an advanced set of machineries to make sure that all its products are manufactured to the highest quality and consistency possible. The machineries consist of Vertical Machining centers, CNC Turning Lathes, Vertical Turning Lathes, Turn-Mill Center, and NC Pipe Bending Machines.
Testing Lab
The testing facilities at SMPL are highly advanced which are put to use to verify the accuracy of actual production of a product based on the given design and specifications. Our testing lab comprises of Metrology Laboratory that is equipped with Co-ordinate Measuring and Height Masters.
In addition to these, our testing lab is also assisted with a dedicated Metallurgical laboratory.
